We have a 7-day return policy to request an exchange.
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
When proceeding with an exchange you are responsible for purchasing your own packing label. We will notify you once we’ve received & inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or we will send you an exchange.
