Shipping:

We ship worldwide. Orders have a processing time of up to 4-7 business days (excluding weekends). During peak season, processing times will be higher. Shipping to Canada usually take up to 10 business days to arrive and other international orders usually take up to 15 days, however some areas could take longer.

The best way to view our rates is to go through the checkout process and fill in your address. Don't worry, payment information is not needed to do this.

International tax and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages.

 Returns:

We accept returns for exchange ONLY. 

Returns must be shipped at your own expense within 10 days of receiving your order. 

We are not responsible for any lost shipments and custom fees for international returns.

JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE.

If you choose to send these final sale item(s) back to us, we will not be issuing you a credit and are not responsible for shipping the item(s) back to you.  

Please note, we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty or if we are responsible for shipping out an incorrect product. If this is the case, please email us immediately upon receiving your order at cukletta@gmail.com along with your order number, so we can assist you.
