Returns & Exchanges
INTERNATIONAL RETURN/EXCHANGE
- International orders are final sale unless the order was shipped to an incorrect address.
- If the package is shipped to an incorrect address, you will have to wait until the package gets back to us in order to receive your full refund.
- Incase the item is defective, please include pictures asap for evidence of the damage in order for us to refund your order.
- We do not offer exchanges for international orders.
USA RETURN/EXCHANGE
- We do not offer refunds for USA orders, only exchanges.
- Exchanges must be received within 7 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase), at our warehouse. The 7 days start from the day the order was received by the customer. Returns older than 7 days will be rejected.
- When proceeding with an exchange you are responsible for purchasing your own packing label.
- Incase the item is defective or we sent you the wrong item, exchanges must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return as well as pictures for evidence within 3 business days of you receiving your package.
Do we offer return labels?
We do not offer return labels but hope to as we grow in the future!
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.
- All accessories (including phone cases)
- All hats
- All jewelry
- All intimates (including swim)
- All sale items
Jewelry (14k gold plated)
Gold plated jewelry items will definitely tarnish over time. Showering with gold plated jewelry or immersing the item under water for long periods of time can cause the gold layer to completely wear off.
